Former office space free now in an apartment building, above Haagan tori ground level. A single room with shared WC + shower and kitchenette.
There are two entrances: an incline from street level and a door with a staircase from the courtyard. No elevator.
Excellent public transport connections: Huopalahti railway station and trams 10/15 less than 1 km far; bus 40 stops in front of the entrance.
Reasonable electricity usage is included in the rent.
The windows face North-West on a quiet courtyard. One window is visible from the office area.
The 260 m² space is owned by a cooperative (Majavan tila osk) since August 2024. About half of the space is rented by Helsingin Pyöräpaja and mostly used in the evenings. Some areas are rented for storage. We are looking for a long-term tenant, various arrangements are possible.
